By accessing or using zipix (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

zipix is a business communications platform that enables users to make and receive calls and messages, track billable communication activity, and generate invoice-ready records.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, maintaining account security, and ensuring accurate billing setup. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

zipix operates on a subscription and/or usage-based billing model. Charges may include monthly fees, per-minute call rates, and per-message fees. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account regardless of whether you collect payment from your clients. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

zipix may allow users to send payment requests to third parties. zipix does not act as the merchant of record for these transactions and is not responsible for payment collection, disputes, or failures.

zipix may offer call recording and transcription features. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording, including obtaining required consent. zipix provides optional disclosure mechanisms but does not guarantee legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

AI-powered transcription and summarization features are provided for convenience and may not be 100% accurate. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before relying on it for billing or decision-making.

zipix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the Service.

You agree not to use zipix for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, spam, or misuse of telecommunications systems.

Your use of the Service is also governed by the zipix privacy policy. You retain ownership of your data, but grant zipix rights to process it to provide the Service.

zipix does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen issues.

zipix relies on third-party providers (e.g., telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, payment processors). zipix is not liable for failures caused by these providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zipix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed billable time.

zipix may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may discontinue use at any time.

zipix may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
